The platform comprises: a protocol interface processing module for performing communications between the management platform and a cloud storage resource node; an application self-service portal responsible for accepting a resource registration application from an application; an authentication and verification scheduling module for authenticating an application, verifying the resource registration application, and when the verification succeeds, initiating, through the protocol interface processing module, a resource creating request to a selected cloud storage resource node, and after receiving a resource creating response returned by the cloud storage resource node, sending a notification message to the application to notify the application of a resource application result and credential information for accessing the cloud storage resource node; a uniform operation management module for managing cloud storage resource nodes and maintaining a corresponding relationship between applications and the cloud storage resource nodes; and a database module for storing data and providing a data source for other modules.
