Abstract

A regulating device for super hydrophobic surface wettability comprises a micro gas pump, a pipeline, a micro air-pressure meter, a water tank, a micro liquid pressure meter, a micro liquid pump and a super hydrophobic surface, wherein a liquid cavity and a gas cavity, which are formed on the super hydrophobic surface, are communicated through a micro channel; the liquid cavity is provided with aliquid inlet and a liquid outlets, which are respectively formed on the opposite surfaces of the liquid cavity, the liquid inlet is sequentially connected with the liquid pressure meter and the microliquid pump, and the liquid outlet is connected with the water tank which is connected with an inlet of the micro liquid pump; a gas inlet is formed on the gas cavity and is connected with the micro air-pressure meter and the micro gas pump; and an inlet of the micro gas pump is communicated with the outside. According to the invention, the contact manner of the gas, liquid and solid in the liquid cavity is controlled through changing the pressure of the gas cavity, so as to realize the changing of the super hydrophobic surface wettability. The method and the device provided by the invention have the advantages of the adoption of a method based on mechanics, easiness in realization, and good repeatability, and are suitable for a micro fluidic system.
