Abstract

The invention discloses a hot plate with a double-heating structure and a heating control system for the hot plate. The hot plate comprises a plate body of the hot plate; a vapor return channel and mounting holes for electric heating pipes are formed in the plate body; an electric heating pipe is mounted in each mounting hole; and due to the vapor return channel and the mounting holes, the heating manners of the vapor heating and electric heating coexist in the structure of the hot plate. The heating control system of the hot plate comprises an electric heating control system and a vapor return control system, wherein the electric heating control system comprises a PLC, an attemperator, and a temperature monitor used for feeding back the temperature in the heating zone of the plate body of the hot plate; the PLC is connected with the attemperator through a wiring harness; the PLC sends out signals to control the attemperator to control the heating temperature of the electric heating pipes; the vapor return control system comprises a suction manifold and an exhaust manifold; the suction manifold and the exhaust manifold are in gas way communication with the air inlet and the air outlet of the hot plate body respectively; the air inlet of the suction manifold is connected with a vapor source; and a high pressure globe valve is arranged on a pipeline through which the air inlet of the plate body of the hot plate is communicated with the suction manifold.
