The angelica polysaccharide is extracted and purified; the selenium modification is performed on the angelica polysaccharide by a nitric acid-sodium selenite method; with the immunity-enhancing activity of a product as an index, an L9 (34) orthogonal experiment is performed to optimize three factors, namely the using amount of the sodium selenite, the reaction temperature and the reaction time, so as to determine the optimal modification conditions that the using amount of the sodium selenite is 200 mg (500 mg of the angelica polysaccharide), the reaction temperature is 70 DEG C and the reaction time is 6 hours.
