Abstract

The invention provides a pressurizing vibroflotation method which comprises the following steps: compressed air is introduced into a blanking pipe in the vibroflotation device for pushing a filling material in the blanking pipe to discharge from the downside outlet of the blanking pipe. The invention further provides pressurizing vibroflotation equipment fit for the vibroflotation method. A pressurizing sealing device is added in the conventional vibroflotation device, wherein the pressurizing sealing device comprises an air injection chamber; a compressed air inlet pipe is arranged on the air injection chamber; and a valve is arranged on the inlet pipe. The pressurizing sealing device further comprise a depressurizing channel to enable the air injection chamber to communicate with air; a reducing valve is arranged on the channel; the air injection chamber is connected with the blanking pipe through a valve; a material collecting hopper is connected with the blanking pipe through the pressurizing sealing device; and a discharging valve is arranged on the blanking channel between the air injection chamber and the material collecting hopper.
