The locking and automatic unlocking mechanism for two-dimensional tracking rotating-tables comprises a fixed support, an explosion bolt, a locking nut and a microswitch assembly, wherein the microswitch assembly is used for emitting status signals of the explosion bolt, and the microswitch assembly comprises a microswitch installing base (sleeved on a shaft of the explosion bolt) and a microswitch (arranged on the microswitch installing base); and a rotating part is connected in series with and in threaded fixing with the fixed support through the explosion bolt, the fixed support and the microswitch installing base are respectively located on both sides of the rotating part, and the locking nut locks the microswitch installing base, the rotating part and the fixed support together. The mechanism disclosed by the invention concurrently has the locking and automatic unlocking functions of rotating mechanical limitation of rotating-tables; the mechanism is simple and reliable, and integrated in design; the locking only limits the rotating DOF (degrees of freedom); and the mechanism has no external force on a precision rotating shaft system.
