The molding system comprises a controller, a hot-water tank, a furnace stage, a plurality of firebacks which are arranged on the furnace stage from top to bottom, molding dies arranged between adjacent firebacks and a temperature control meter capable of controlling inputting or stopping of steam of a steam engine that is connected with the hot-water tank, wherein the hot-water tank is connected with the firebacks through an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe, and the controller is connected with the firebacks through a drive unit arranged on the furnace stage. The drive unit is a hydraulic cylinder which is located below a bottom fireback, and a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder contacts with the lower surface of the fireback. The invention has the following characteristics: a filling material composed of the epoxy resin foam material and meeting requirements can be molded according to product demands; subsequent processing procedures are simplified; and high work efficiency is obtained.
