Abstract

The invention discloses a testing method for an aging factor of a 110 kV cross-linked cable. The testing method comprises the following steps of: (1) pretreating the cable; (2) performing electromagnetic shielding on the two ends of the cable; (3) polarizing the cable; (4) performing transient short-circuiting on the cable; (5) testing polarization current I2 generated by an amorphous and crystal interface and polarization current I3 generated by metal salt and hydrated ions in the interface caused by aging by using a constant temperature relaxing current method and recording values of I2 and I3 of different moments t; (6) calculating time constants tau 2 and tau 3 corresponding to the polarization current I2 and I3 respectively; and (7) calculating the aging factor according to a formula. According to the method provided by the invention, residual life of the cable can be obtained under the condition of not referring to the operation history of a laid cable, the test result is more reliable, and more accurate guidance is provided for reconstruction work of an urban power grid.
