Abstract

The invention discloses a circuit board connecting device which comprises a flexible circuit board and connectors, wherein the flexible circuit board comprises a strip-shaped circuit board main body and two extending parts; the two extending parts are arranged at the both ends of the circuit board main body and extend from the two lateral sides of the circuit board main body to a first direction which is perpendicular to the circuit board main body respectively; circuit routings are arranged on the surface of the circuit board main body and on the surfaces of the two extending parts; two connectors are arranged on the inner side surfaces of the two extending parts respectively; and ports on the two connectors are in corresponding one-to-one connection with the both ends of the circuit routings respectively. The invention further discloses portable electronic equipment which employs the circuit board connecting device, and a manufacturing method of the circuit board connecting device. By adopting the ways, the circuit board connecting device, the manufacturing method of the circuit board connecting device, and the portable electronic equipment disclosed by the invention can realize the effect of reduction in the overall thickness of the portable electronic equipment.
