Benefits of technology

This patented technology uses a special type of chemical called an oxalate that can reduce certain types of nerve cells from animals without harming them or causing damage during treatment. It also helps prevent bacterial growth by removing excessive amounts of these neurotransmitters.

Problems solved by technology

Technological Problem: Current pharmaceutical compositions containing aniloxane compounds have issues with removing impurities from their colors due to poor crystal form formation caused when they react together under specific conditions such as high temperatures. Additionally, these materials may lose some properties over time through exposure to light.

Embodiment 1

[0018] Step 1: In a 500 ml four-neck flask equipped with a thermometer and a stirring device, start stirring, add 50 g of imidazole anthelmintic drug benzimazole in turn, add 2 times the weight ratio of formic acid at room temperature, and stir until dissolve clear.

[0019] Step 2: Add 2.0% by weight thiourea dioxide to the completely dissolved solution, heat up to 40-50°C after dissolution, and keep warm for 1 hour.

[0020] Step 3: Add 4 times the amount of ethanol to the decolorizing solution at 40-50°C, stir well, cool to room temperature, and slowly precipitate the product, centrifugally wash, and dry to obtain 46.3g of finished product, the color is off-white, and the yield is 92.6%.

Embodiment 2

[0022] Step 1: In a 1000 ml four-necked flask with a thermometer and a stirring device, start stirring, add 100 g of pink imidazole anthelmintic drug benzimazole in turn, add 2.5 times of formic acid by weight at room temperature, and stir until dissolve clear.

[0023] Step 2: Add 3.0% by weight thiourea dioxide to the completely dissolved solution, heat up to 50-55°C after dissolution, and keep warm for 1 hour.

[0024] Step 3: Add 4.5 times the amount of ethanol to the decolorizing solution at 50~55°C, stir thoroughly, cool to room temperature, and slowly precipitate the product, centrifugally wash and dry to obtain 94.3g of finished product, the color is off-white, and the yield is 94..3%.

Embodiment 3

[0026] Step 1: In a 1000 ml four-necked flask with a thermometer and a stirring device, start stirring, add 100 g of pink imidazole anthelmintic drug benzimazole in turn, add 2.5 times of formic acid by weight at room temperature, and stir until dissolve clear.

[0027] Step 2: Add 3.5% by weight thiourea dioxide to the completely dissolved solution, heat up to 40-45°C after dissolution, and keep warm for 1.5 hours.

[0028] Step 3: Add 4 times the amount of ethanol to the decolorizing solution at 50~55°C, stir well, cool to room temperature, and slowly precipitate the product, centrifugally wash and dry to obtain 93.8g of finished product, the color is off-white, and the yield is 93.8%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for decoloring imidazole anthelmintics. The method sequentially comprises the following steps of: (1) dissolving the imidazole anthelmintics into acid, and stirring until the solution is clear; (2) adding a reducing decoloring agent into the dissolved clear liquid, heating to 40-55 DEG C, and carrying out heat preservation for 1-2 hours; and (3) adding a solvent into the decolored liquid, fully stirring, cooling to the room temperature, and then separating out crystal; and finally, centrifugally washing and drying to obtain the product. The method has the advantages that the reducing decoloring agent is used for decoloring the imidazole anthelmintics, so that the disadvantages of the traditional activated carbon decoloring agent can be overcome; and the method is good in effect, convenient to operate and suitable for industrial popularization and application.
