The refrigeration and dehumidification method is characterized by comprising a storage refrigerator, superconductive pipes, a heat radiator and a refrigerator set, wherein the storage refrigerator is internally and uniformly provided with the superconductive pipes; the heat radiator is fixedly arranged at one side of the storage refrigerator and the heat radiator is connected to a cabin through an air flue pipe; superconductive liquid is injected into the superconductive pipes; the superconductive liquid circulates between hot ends and cold ends in the superconductive pipes; cold amount in the storage refrigerator is uniformly transmitted to the heat radiator at one side of the storage refrigerator and cold air is output to the cabin by the heat radiator; hot air in the cabin is sucked into the heat radiator by using a pneumatic fan to carry out heat exchange between the cabin and the storage refrigerator through the heat radiator; and the cold air is released into the cabin through the air flue pipe so as to realize cold and heat exchange.
