The radial deflection sensor of the cylinder barrel comprises the cylinder barrel, and is characterized in that a radial deflection sensor bar is encircled on the outer wall of the cylinder barrel; one end of the radial deflection sensor bar is a free end, and the other end of the radial deflection sensor bar is a fixed end; the free end of the radial deflection sensor bar is connected with a measurement instrument; and the fixed end of the radial deflection sensor bar is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the cylinder barrel. According to the radial deflection sensor of the cylinder barrel, the change of the circumference of the cylinder barrel is measured through the radial deflection sensor bar encircled on the outer wall of the cylinder barrel, so that the problems that the conventional length measurement tool is inconvenient to fix and mount and cannot finish automatic measurement are solved; and the barrel diameter change of the cylinder barrel is measured by measuring the circumference change of the cylinder barrel, the measurement value is amplified by pi times, the radial deflection sensor bar is encircled for n turns, and the measurement value is amplified by n*pi times, so that the measurement precision is high.
