Abstract

The invention relates to a screening method for saliva simulants affecting the amount of phthalate ester migration in a mouth touch material of a paper cup, belonging to the technical field of analytical testing. The method is shown as follows: a test indicator is the amount of the phthalate ester migration in the mouth touch material of the paper cup; test factors are five different saliva simulants; and test results are processed: the degrees of influence of different saliva simulants on the amount of the phthalate ester migration in the mouth touch material of the paper cup are judged by variance analysis and multiple comparisons of Tukey, Scheffe LSD, Bonferroni, Sidak, Gabrie, Hochberg, s GT2 and Dunnett t so as to screen out the optimal saliva simulant. The method has the following advantages in application: the significance of the influence of different saliva simulants on the amount of the phthalate ester migration in the mouth touch material of the paper cup can be judged, influence trends can be analyzed directly, and the judgment and deduction are scientific and reliable. Data and theoretical support can be provided for assessment and supervision of paper cups.
