The method comprises the steps of: for a low-speed STA, according to messages included in the determined current video streaming and selected parameters, determining the quantity of low-weight messages which can be sent by a current bandwidth; sequentially sending the messages included in the current video streaming; if messages to be sent are high-weight messages, sending the messages to be sent in a unicast mode, wherein if the weights of the packaged video frames in messages are more than or equal to a set value, the messages are the high-weight messages; and if the messages to be sent are low-weight messages, processing the messages to be sent according to the sequence of the messages to be sent in the low-weight messages included in the current video streaming and the determined quantity of the low-weight messages which can be sent by the current bandwidth.
