Abstract

The invention relates to a hot rolling lubricating oil composition and a use thereof. The hot rolling lubricating oil composition mainly solves the problem that hot rolling lubricating oil prepared by the prior art easily produces oily sludge influencing cleanliness of a rolling mill and a sheet material. The hot rolling lubricating oil composition comprises: by weight, 40 to 80 parts of base oil, 10 to 50 parts of an oiliness agent, 4 to 10 parts of an emulsifier, 1 to 6 parts of an extreme pressure antiwear additive, 0.5 to 3 parts of a corrosion inhibitor, 0.1 to 2 parts of an antioxidant, and 0.02 to 0.1 parts of a metal deactivator. The emulsifier is a mixture of a cationic surfactant and a non-ionic surfactant and thus the hot rolling lubricating oil composition solves the above problem and can be used for industrial production of hot rolled aluminum and its alloy.
