Abstract

The invention discloses a rubber floor refurbished agent, comprising the components by weight percent: 15.0-70.0% of oxidant, 0.1-10.0% of stabilizer, 0.01-10.0% of complexing agent, 0.0-4.0% of pH value modifier, 0.0-1.0% of essence, 0.0-0.5% of bactericide and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the steps of: adding water to a reaction kettle, and orderly adding the oxidant, the stabilizer, the complexing agent, the pH modifier, the essence and the bactericide under the stirring effect; and dripping the next component after one component is dispersed or dissolved evenly, and stirring for 20-50 minutes after all components are evenly dispersed to obtain the rubber floor refurbished agent. The refurbished agent disclosed by the invention is a waterborne environment-friendly product, and does not contain poisonous organic solvents such as benzene, toluene and dimethylbenzene, and has the characteristics of zero content of volatile organic compound (VOC).
