Abstract

The vertical movement device is characterized in that the guide rail is formed by using an aluminum profile at one step; a steel strip is laid on guide surfaces where on which the guide rail is matched with the rollers; and the rollers are in rolling contact with the steel strip. According to the vertical movement device, the guide rail is formed by stretching the aluminum profile at one step so as to be high in precision and strength; the quenched steel strip is embedded on the aluminum profile, the characteristic of wear resistance of the steel strip is utilized, and meanwhile, the high precision of the aluminum profile is sufficiently utilized; and the aluminum profile is formed by being stretched at one step, and therefore, the precisions of all the guide surfaces and mutual position precisions are sufficiently ensured.
