Abstract

The bone vibration drilling platform comprises a vibration platform used for fixing a bone sample and providing controllable vibration, and a drilling platform used for controlling the height of a drill bit and a feeding speed. The parameter measurement system comprises a laser micro-distance sensor used for measuring the amplitude and the frequency of the vibration platform, a pressure sensor used for measuring a feeding force, and a small thermocouple temperature measurement unit for measuring temperatures at the drilled parts of the bone sample. The bone vibration drilling platform with a parameter measurement function provided by the invention can be used for realizing bone vibration drilling, and performing real-time online measurement on four parameters, namely, cutting heat, the feeding force, the vibration frequency and the amplitude during a drilling process, thus providing a hardware platform for searches on control means for the cutting heat during the bone drilling process.
