Problems solved by technology

[0005] The display method of the two-dimensional graph is not visually intuitive enough, it can only reflect the change of the measurement data of a single channel with time or loading steps, and cannot give an overall impression of the test situation;
[0006] The display of the three-dimensional temperature field must be corrected based on the calculation of the finite element model, the amount of iterative calculation is large, and the test results of a certain step or the last step in the test process can only be displayed;
[0007] Although the three-dimensional display of temperature measurement data can be realized at present, due to the time-consuming iterative calculation, real-time display during the test process cannot be achieved;
[0008] At present, only the three-dimensional display of the temperature measurement data has been realized, and the three-dimensional display of the displacement measurement data has not been realized, and the research on the three-dimensional real-time display method for the aircraft pose is still a blank

Embodiment Construction

[0030] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing the present invention is described in further detail, please refer to Figure 1 to Figure 6 .

[0031] A three-dimensional real-time display method of aircraft pose, comprising the following steps:

[0032] Step 1. Prepare a grid / node model file that can reflect the shape of the aircraft: use the finite element model of the GRID and CTRIA3 cards in the BDF format of NASTRAN to generate a grid / node model file that can reflect the shape of the aircraft; NASTRAN is a commercial Finite element analysis software, the BDF format file is its common job file, the GRID card is used to describe the node information, and the CTRIA3 card is used to describe the triangular unit information.

[0033] Step 2. Group the model and displacement measurement points according to structural features and locations:

[0034] Group the models: according to the characteristics of the aircraft structure, the whole aircraft structure is decomposed i...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation strength tests, and particularly relates to a three-dimensional real-time display method of airplane poses. The three-dimensional real-time display method comprises the following steps of: preparing a gridding / node model file which can reflect the appearance characteristics of an airplane; grouping models and displacement measuring points according to structural characteristics and parts; acquiring a measured value of a current load-step by measuring and acquiring equipment; calculating a displacement value of each component node; combining the displacement values of each large group to obtain a displacement field of the whole airplane; and obtaining a three-dimensional display effect of the airplane poses under the current load-step. According to the three-dimensional real-time display method, the purposes of carrying out three-dimensional display on the airplane poses, namely the displacement field can be achieved; and secondarily, because an interpolation result can be obtained by adopting an interpolation algorithm without iterative computation of a structure finite element model, in contrast, the interpolation computation efficiency is greatly improved, and therefore a test result of each load-step in the test process can be subjected to three-dimensional real-time display.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation strength test, and in particular relates to a three-dimensional real-time display method of aircraft pose. Background technique [0002] The measurement data generated by the test must be analyzed by means of visualization. Due to the limitation of the acquisition channel, the collected test data usually cannot reflect the topological shape of the structure. Generally, the test results are displayed by drawing two-dimensional curves of the data collected by each channel. The display steps of the two-dimensional curve include: obtaining the measured value and the related quantity of the measured value through the measurement acquisition device, such as time or loading step; storing and managing the obtained measured value and related quantity; using the measured value as the Y value, measuring The relevant quantity is taken as the X value, and a two-dimensional curve of the measured value-correlat...
