The method comprises the steps of collecting and saving switch signaling and position measurement information in real time, choosing a channel with the switch boundary not determined, determining switch events corresponding to the channel according to the saved switch signaling and finding out position measurement information before the switch events happen, dividing the peripheral region of the channel into sectors, finding out a sector to which each switch event belongs, deleting switch events with small probability of occurrence in each sector and averaging position measurement information corresponding to remaining switch vents in each sector to obtain an average switch point position of each sector, connecting average switch points of all sectors and a base station position corresponding to the channel in sequence to obtain the switch boundary of the channel, and determining a switch boundary of the next channel until switch boundaries of all channels are determined.
