The interpipe self-adaptive crawl mechanism comprises a frame and a bi-directional lead screw which is connected with the frame in a rotation mode; two screw nuts with opposite spiral directions are connected with the bi-directional lead screw and the two screw nuts are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode; wheel frames are fixedly connected with the screw nuts, the front and rear of the wheel frames are respectively provided with a crawling belt axle, and two ends of the crawling belt are respectively provided with a crawling belt wheel; a crawling driving belt is arranged on two crawling belt wheels which are arranged at same side of the same wheel frame; a first worm gear is fixedly arranged on the bi-directional lead screw and meshes with a first worm which is connected with a flexible motor shaft; an arbitrary crawling belt axle of the same wheel frame is connected with a second worm gear which meshes with a second worm, the second worm is connected with an output shaft of a crawling motor, and the crawling motor is fixedly arranged on a corresponding wheel frame; and a sliding groove of the screw nuts is formed on the frame and the crawling driving belt is embedded into the groove of the crawling belt wheel.
