The invention provides a lifting support. The lifting support comprises a base, a stand column and a lifting seat, wherein the stand column is erected on the base; a first coil spring and a second coil spring are arranged in a containing groove of the stand column. When the lifting seat slides up and down, the first coil spring and the second coil spring are synchronously and gradually spread or coiled up. The supporting force provided by the first coil spring and the supporting force provided by the second coil spring change linearly in the spreading or coiling-up process, and the supportingforce provided by the first coil spring and the supporting force provided by the second coil spring are synchronously and reversely reduced linearly, and the sum of the supporting force provided by the first coil spring and the supporting force provided by the second coil spring keeps constant. One of the first coil spring and the second coil spring is independently coiled up or spread, the firstcoil spring and the second coil spring move in the coiling-up or spreading direction, and the sum of the supporting force provided by the first coil spring and the supporting force provided by the second coil spring changes.
