Problems solved by technology

[0007] However, since the corner box itself does not have an identification mark representing the grade, it is easy to confuse when the operator wants to affix the label corresponding to the corner box, resulting in customer complaints after the product is sold

Abstract

The invention provides an error proofing method for sorting of solar cells. The method comprises the following steps: providing a sorting machine which comprises a binding barcode and a plurality of rank ports, wherein each of the rank ports is corresponding to an address barcode and to a grade of a solar cell; then, scanning the binding barcode; taking an empty bin which has a bin barcode and scanning an address barcode of an empty rank port and the bin barcode; placing the empty bin at the empty rank port so as to establish connection between the address barcode and the bin barcode and repeating the above-mentioned steps until all the empty rank ports have empty bins; then, starting the sorting machine and separately delivering the solar cells to corresponding bins according to the grades of the solar cells; and allowing the sorting machine to automatically pause and to give a notice to an operator when one bin is full, allowing the operator to transfer the full bin to a printing station, scanning the bin barcode of the bin to generate and print a grade label which is attached on the full bin and cancelling connection relationship between the bin barcode and the address barcode.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preventing wrong classification of solar cells due to human negligence when classifying solar cells. Background technique [0002] During the production process of solar cells, slight differences in various production conditions and parameters will also affect the characteristics and quality of each batch of solar cells produced, such as conversion power, color, impedance characteristics, etc. The price of solar cells will vary with different grades, and their application levels are also very different. For example, solar cells with the best photoelectric conversion efficiency will be used to form solar panel modules, and their prices are also the most expensive; while solar cells with poor conversion efficiency can only be used in key rings, flashlights and other relatively cheap civilian products. [0003] The current solar cell classification steps are as follows figure 1 Shown in steps S100 to S103 in. The s...
