The other end of the pen core is open. The top portion of a push rod is in a disc shape, and a rubber mat is sleeved on the top portion of the disc. The diameter of the top disc of the push rod is smaller than the inner diameter of the pen core. In addition, a sucking pipe is arranged, the length of the sucking pipe is 4-6 cm, and the inner diameter of the sucking pipe is equal to the outer diameter of the pen core. A circle of annular protrusion is arranged at the portion at one end of the pen head, and the distance between the portion and the pen head is 2-3 cm.
