The component B comprises the components in percentage by weight as follows: 1-25% of PUA resin, 5-40% of hard monomer, 2-30% of soft monomer, 2-30% of wear-resisting stuffing and 0.1-5% of a general initiator. When the paint is used, the mass proportion of the components A and B is 1:(0.8-1.5).
