The preparation method is characterized by comprising the steps of firstly preparing modification solution, and then padding, stoving and baking silk textile by using the modification solution to obtain the silk fabric, wherein the modification solution comprises the following components according to weight percentage: 2-10% of infrared / magnetic powder, 0.8-1.2% of dispersant, 15-25% of adhesive, and water which is taken as a solvent.
