Abstract

The production technology comprises the processing steps of (1), blending copper ammonia fiber, natural silk and cotton fiber to obtain a copper ammonia blended gray fabric; (2), washing the copper ammonia blended gray fabric in a water washer with the bath ratio of 1:(30-50), and adding neutral cleaning agent, wherein the water temperature is 60 DEG C to 65 DEG C; (3), immersing the copper ammonia blended gray fabric washed by water into water with the bath ratio of 1:(10-15), adding neutral scouring agent solution with the addition amount of 5-10g per liter of water, and processing for 0.5hour to 1hour, wherein the scouring temperature is 65 DEG C to 70 DEG C; (4), putting the scoured copper ammonia blended gray fabric into a dyeing machine, adding softening agent and leveling agent; and (5), rinsing and drying, so as to finally obtain the antimicrobial copper ammonia blended fabric.
