The front end portion of the forcep head (4) extends out of an opening of the sleeve (7). The forcep rod (8) is connected with the forcep pushing device. When the forcep pushing device is under a pushing state, the forcep rod (8) extends outwards, the forcep head (4) completely extends out of the opening of the sleeve (7), and the forcep head (4) is opened. When the forcep pushing device is under a receding state, the forcep rod (8) retracts inwards, and the rear end portion of the forcep head (4) retracts into the sleeve (7) to enable the forcep head (4) to be closed. The forcep rod (8) is in electric connection with the circuit system which is externally connected with a power supply.
