Abstract

The DAC comprises the calibrating circuit, a current mode digital-analog converting unit and an enabling logical unit which are connected with one another. The calibrating circuit is used for calibrating digital codes input by the DAC, outputting calibrated digital codes to the current mode digital-analog converting unit and outputting a calibration finishing signal to the enabling logical unit. The enabling logical unit is used for enabling the calibration finishing signal to be output to a work clock of the current mode digital-analog converting unit. The current mode digital-analog converting unit is used for perform digital-analog conversion according to the calibrated digital codes. By adjusting a current source array in the calibrating circuit of the DAC, the digital codes input by the DAC are calibrated, and the high-accuracy high-speed DAC can be achieved.
