The method comprises the following steps of: respectively putting a regenerated grease sample and a non-regenerated grease sample in the ion mobility spectrometer for direct measurement to obtain a sample standard ion mobility spectrum, generating a finger print spectrum, and establishing a database; sampling grease to be detected, directly introducing the sample into the ion mobility spectrometer for detection to obtain an ion mobility spectrum, and generating a corresponding finger print spectrum by utilizing the ion mobility spectrum; and comparing the finger print spectrums to obtain a conclusion, and displaying the detecting result.
