The present invention discloses a comprehensive pre-treatment method of kitchen garbage and gutter oil. The method comprises material collection, sorting treatment, pulping treatment, deoiling treatment and overall deodorization treatment. By adopting a multi-step and multi-stage sorting process, the method disclosed by the invention effectively separates non-biomass impurities in kitchen wastes, thereby providing an advantageous condition for a subsequent treatment process. According to the present invention, a two-stage centrifugal manner is used in grease separation and purification for increasing the separation accuracy, reducing the residence time, reducing the energy consumption, and a primary stage horizontal centrifuge is used for solid-liquid separation and a secondary vertical centrifuge is used for oil-water separation. As materials with a high solid content separated by the primary centrifuge no longer enter into the secondary centrifuge, the energy consumption is significantly reduced, the residence time can be shortened, and the separation accuracy is improved. According to the method disclosed by the present invention, the pre-treated materials have an ultra low oil content, can be adaptive to various post-treatment processes of composting, producing biogas by anaerobic fermentation, processing feeds and the like, and can be flexibly applied to subsequent process, thus providing a guarantee for realizing harmlessness and recycle of kitchen wastes.

The method comprises steps of establishing a qualified grease and gutter oil sample base; implementing 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) detection to qualified grease samples, obtaining spectrograms of the grease samples, and calculating mass percentages of saturated fatty acid triglyceride, oleic acid triglyceride, linoleic acid triglyceride and linolenic acid triglyceride in each grease, determining a relative error of the four fatty acid triglycerides in greases of the same kind, and obtaining a proportional range of the mass percentages of the four triglycerides in greases of the same kind; adding to and establishing a mass percentage database of four triglycerides of qualified greases; implementing 1H NMR (1H Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) detection to a gutter oil sample, calculating mass percentage and proportion of four triglycerides, and establishing a mass percentage database of the four triglycerides of the gutter oil; carrying out same detection and calculation to a grease sample to be detected, and comparing an obtained proportion with proportions in two database, so as to judge whether the qualified grease is adulterated oil or gutter oil.
