The invention discloses a method and system for secondary bio-chemical outlet water treatment and recycling of vitamin C, and belongs to the field of wastewater treatment. The method disclosed by the invention comprises two parts including a pretreatment unit and a film treatment unit, namely, sand filtration, ozone disinfection, activated charcoal adsorption, cation resin exchange and security filtration are taken as the pretreatment unit, and nanofiltration, primary reverse osmosis and secondary reverse osmosis are taken as the treatment unit, so as to remove soluble organic matter and inorganic acid in waste water. The system provided by the invention comprises a raw water pool, a sand filtration tower, an ozone disinfection tower, an activated carbon filter, a cation resin exchange pillar, a security filter, a first intermediate water tank, a second intermediate water tank and a clean water tank and further comprises a nanofiltration device, a primary reverse osmosis device and a secondary reverse osmosis device, wherein all the components are connected with one another. The invention has the advantage that the amount of water produced by each section of the process can be adjusted according to the requirements on the quality and amount of water used for different proposes, so that recycling of waste water of vitamin C can be realized, and the manufacturing cost of vitaminC can be reduced.
