[0054] The invention provides a kind of preparation method of lubricant, comprises the following steps:

[0055] a. Mixing waste oil, alcohol ether compounds and fatty acid salts to obtain the first material;

[0056] heating the first material to a first temperature to obtain a first mixture;

[0057] The first temperature is 60°C to 75°C;

[0058] b. mixing the first mixture with stearate to obtain a second material;

[0059] heating the second material to a second temperature to obtain a second mixture;

[0060] The second temperature is 100°C to 110°C;

[0061] c. mixing the second mixture with an extreme pressure agent, an emulsifier and a defoamer to obtain a third mixture;

[0062] The temperature of the third mixture is lowered to obtain a lubricant.

[0063] The present invention mixes waste oil, alcohol ether compounds and fatty acid salts to obtain the first material; preferably, alcohol ether compounds and fatty acid salts are sequentially added to the waste o...

Embodiment 1

[0079] Add 200 parts by weight of waste oil, 100 parts by weight of polyether L-34 and 170 parts by weight of sodium oleate soap to the closed reaction kettle and mix and stir for 30 minutes to obtain the first material; the first material is heated to 60°C to obtain the first mixture;

[0080] Add 50 parts by weight of aluminum stearate to the first mixture and mix and stir for 20 minutes to obtain a second material; heat the second material to 100° C. to obtain a second mixture;

[0081] In the second mixture, add 30 parts by weight of phosphorus molybdenum type extreme pressure agent and 20 parts by weight of OP-10 type emulsifier and SP-80 type emulsifier with a mass ratio of 1:1, add 20 weight parts while stirring part of HS-12 type defoamer, and stirred for 30 minutes to obtain a third mixture; the third mixture was naturally cooled to 30° C. to obtain a lubricant.

Abstract

The invention provides a lubricant. The lubricant consists of the following components in parts by weight: 200-280 parts of gutter oil, 50-60 parts of stearate, 20-35 parts of an extreme pressure agent, 10-25 parts of an emulsifier, 70-100 parts of an alcohol ether compound, 120-180 parts of fatty acid salt and 15-25 parts of an antifoaming agent. The lubricant disclosed by the invention is mainly prepared from the gutter oil which is quite easy to be biodegraded, so that the lubricant is biodegradable and is free from environmental pollution; and the lubricant is quite low in cost because the gutter oil is wide in source and low in price. Experiment results show that the lubricant disclosed by the invention is free from fluorescence and is excellent in lubricating performance and high temperature resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of petrochemical technology, in particular to a lubricant and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] A lubricant is a substance that lubricates, cools and seals the friction parts of a machine. According to the source of the main components in lubricants, lubricants are divided into animal lubricants, mineral lubricants and vegetable lubricants. Animal lubricants are easily oxidized and have a short service life, and have been gradually replaced by mineral lubricants; although mineral lubricants have a long service life, they have poor biodegradability and serious environmental pollution; therefore People are turning to plant-based lubricants. Vegetable lubricants are easily biodegradable and have no pollution to the environment. For example, rapeseed oil and sunflower oil can be used as vegetable lubricants, but the currently used vegetable lubricants are expensive and costly. Therefore, it is...
