Systems and Methods for Iterative Ion Mobility Separations

A method of separating ions based on mobility is provided. The method involves receiving ions by an ion mobility spectrometry device having a separation region, and causing the ions to travel through at least a portion of the separation region in a first direction along a path and separate based on ion mobility. The method further involves causing the separated ions to maintain a relative degree of separation therebetween and travel in a second direction along the path while maintaining the relative degree of separation therebetween. The second direction being opposite to the first direction. The ions are then caused to travel in the first direction along the path a second time to further separate the ions based on ion mobility. An ion mobility spectrometry device performing the foregoing method is also provided.

A modular assembled ion transmission device

The present invention belongs to the technical fields of mass spectrometry and ion mobility spectrometry analysis, and specifically relates to a modular assembled ion transmission device; the main ion transmission components of the device are all composed of modular printed circuit boards. The single body is a rectangular cube assembled from single-chip printed circuit boards. The single-chip printed circuit board is a base circuit board, which is a hollow cuboid with the cavity serving as the ion transmission channel. Multiple sets of radio frequency and direct current electrodes are drawn on the inside of the rectangle to form a pseudopotential field to guide the direction of ion propagation. Gate electrodes are provided at both ends to block the ion path or guide ions into the channel in a specified direction. Through the reuse of transmission modules, the ion transmission channel can be freely derived and assembled in six directions: up, down, left, right, front, and back, and ions can be transmitted along any channel direction. The device uses few parts, has low manufacturing costs, and is simple to install and maintain.

Fish species and cooking time classification and feature marker identification method and system based on in-situ GC-IMS image

The invention relates to a fish species and cooking time classification and feature marker identification method and system based on an in-situ GC-IMS image. The method comprises the following steps: collecting two-dimensional spectrograms of volatile compounds of different fish meat at different cooking times by using gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry equipment, and dividing the two-dimensional spectrograms into a fish meat category data set and a cooking time data set after preprocessing; training based on the fish meat category data set to obtain a fish species classification prediction model; training by using a ResNet50 model based on the cooking time data set to obtain a fish cooking time classification prediction model; and positioning a key region of model decision by using a gradient weighted classification activation map, carrying out qualitative analysis on a compound corresponding to the key region, and determining a characteristic difference compound as a marker. The two classification prediction models can realize high-precision classification of fish types and cooking time; on the basis of the two trained models, the characteristic difference compounds can be quickly positioned and identified by using a gradient weighted classification activation map.

Pretreatment method of propofol-containing sample, detection method of propofol and kit

The invention relates to the technical field of biochemical detection, in particular to a pretreatment method of a propofol-containing sample, a propofol detection method and a kit. The pretreatment method of the propofol-containing sample comprises the following steps: providing the propofol-containing sample; the method comprises the following steps: adding porous polymer lipophilic magnetic beads into a sample, carrying out adsorption treatment, and then carrying out leaching treatment by using water and a methanol solution in sequence to obtain a propofol-magnetic bead compound; and eluting the propofol-magnetic bead compound by using an ammonia water methanol solution to obtain a sample to be detected. The pretreatment method provided by the invention is simple in process and low in cost, the to-be-detected sample containing propofol can be efficiently obtained, and the to-be-detected sample containing propofol can be subsequently used for high-sensitivity detection of propofol by an ion mobility spectrometry technology, so that the pretreatment method has a very good application prospect in the field of propofol detection.
