Abstract

A failure reporting method is provided in the embodiment of the present invention. A monitoring module monitors if service failure happens, and if so, the monitoring module adds the virtual base station ID value corresponding to the service failure into the failure object of said service failure, and reports the service failure object. A failure processing method is also provided in the embodiment of the present invention. A failure processing center decides if the report is service failure, and if so, then reports the service failure object to the virtual base station which the service corresponds to. A failure reporting device, a failure processing device and a failure processing system are also provided in the embodiments of the present invention. The operation of failure maintenance is simplified and the system load is reduced by deciding, reporting and processing the service failure.
