Abstract
The invention relates to high flame resistance and high heat resistant synthetic rubber, of which the formula comprises raw butadiene styrene rubber, fumed silica, aluminium hydroxide, 2,4'-dihydroxy diphenyl sulfone, BPA(bisphenol A), epichlorohydrin and 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxide) hexane. The preparation method of the high flame resistance and high heat resistant synthetic rubber comprises the following steps: placing the raw butadiene styrene rubber, fumed silica and 2,4'-dihydroxy diphenyl sulfone in a mixing mill to be mixed for 0.3-0.8 hour; adding aluminium hydroxide, BPA and epichlorohydrin to continuously mix for 1-2 hours; adding 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxide) hexane, and increasing the temperature to be 190-215 DEG C to vulcanize; and vulcanizing for 2-3 hours to obtain the finished product, namely high flame resistance and high heat resistant synthetic rubber. The defect of common butadiene styrene rubber is overcome at the early stage, the tire manufacturing cost at a later stage is reduced, and the high flame resistance and high heat resistant are achieved.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of materials, in particular to a high flame-retardant and high-heat-resistant synthetic rubber and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Styrene-butadiene rubber is a kind of synthetic rubber with a light yellow-brown appearance. Because its linear macromolecular structure is amorphous and does not tend to crystallize like natural rubber, it is one of the ideal raw materials for making tires. However, its The heat resistance and flame retardant properties are not too good. Generally, when making tires, heat resistance and flame retardant additives are added to achieve these two performance indicators of tires. In this way, the production process is increased when the tire is produced, and the production cost is virtually increased. Contents of the invention [0003] The invention provides a synthetic rubber with high flame retardancy and high heat resistance, which solves the defects...
