Abstract

When wind speed is greater than starting wind speed of the wind generator, the wind generator outputs three-phase alternating current, and the three-phase alternating current is converted into direct current through a rectifier bridge. A controller detects the direct current output by the rectifier bridge, when direct current voltage exceeds charging voltage, an analog switch of a by-pass circuit is switched on, and therefore the controller enables the direct current to be switched into a charging circuit through the by-pass circuit for charging a storage battery. If the direct current voltage output by the rectifier bridge is lower than the charging voltage, an analog switch of a boosting circuit is switched on, and therefore the controller enables the direct current to be switched into the charging circuit after the boosting circuit boosts the direct current. The method can ensure that the wind generator can operate when the wind speed is low, maximum output power can be obtained as the wind generator turns, wind energy is utilized effectively, and stable operation of a fan can be maintained.
