Embodiment 1

[0041] Example 1: (Thin fabric)

[0042] A method for intermittent scouring and bleaching of cotton fabric with hydrogen peroxide at room temperature includes the following steps: first, the cotton fabric is put into a tank pre-prepared with working fluid, and the cotton fabric is treated with the working fluid at 30-40°C for 120-150 minutes. The bath ratio is 1:2.5-4; then wash the cotton fabric with water at 95-100°C for 60-80 minutes, then drain the washing liquid in the tank, and then wash the cotton fabric with water at 95-100°C 60 -80 minutes, then drain the washing liquid in the tank, then wash the cotton fabric with water at room temperature for 30-50 minutes, and then dry the cotton fabric out of the tank. The weight ratio of each component in the working fluid is:

[0043] Hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 27.5%: 10%

[0044] Caustic soda: 1.6%

[0045] Low temperature rapid scouring and bleaching agent 1.7%

Abstract

The invention relates to a cotton fabric hydrogen peroxide room-temperature intermittent bleaching method comprising the steps that: the cotton fabric is delivered into a tank with a prepared working liquid, and is processed by using the working liquid for 120-150min under the temperature of 30-40 DEG C, wherein a bath ratio is 1:2.5-4; the cotton fabric is washed by using water for 60-80min under a temperature of 95-100 DEG C; washing liquid in the tank is discharged, and the cotton fabric is washed by using water for 60-80min again under the temperature of 95-100 DEG C; washing liquid in the tank is discharged, and the cotton fabric is washed by using water for 30-50min under room temperature; and the cotton fabric is fetched and bake-dried. The working liquid comprises, by weight, 10-13% of hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 27.5%, 1.6-2% of caustic soda, 1.6-1.8% of a low-temperature rapid bleaching agent, and balance of water. The novel process provides the effects of low alkali, energy saving, and emission reduction.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, and relates to a method for intermittent scouring and bleaching of cotton fabric with hydrogen peroxide at room temperature. Background technique [0002] Cotton fiber contains 0.4-1.2% pectin, 0.4-1.2% wax, 1.0-1.9% protein, 0.7-1.6% ash and other natural impurities. These impurities mainly exist in the cuticle and primary cells of cotton fiber. Wall. In addition, due to the needs of the weaving process, the warp yarns need to be sizing, and the cotton and cotton blended fabrics generally use starch or modified starch slurry. The presence of these impurities seriously affects the wettability of cotton fibers, makes the cotton fibers hydrophobic, and affects the performance of cotton fibers after dyeing. Therefore, the first step in the dyeing and finishing of cotton textile products is to carry out pretreatment to remove the sizing on the cotton fabric and the natural impurities...
