The invention discloses a coal gangue pyrolysis gasifying method which specifically comprises the following steps of: (1) performing alternate combustion and heat-storage heat-exchange combustion of the purified gas to supply a heat source to the pyrolysis of coal gangue; (2) performing a water-gas reaction through the contact between the charcoal in a solid product of the pyrolysis of coal gangue and the superheated water vapor to generate water gas; (3) heating water by the afterheat of the solid product generated after the pyrolysis gasification of coal gangue to form water vapor; and (4) enabling the water vapor to come into contact with the solid product generated after the pyrolysis gasification of coal gangue to form superheated water vapor so that the water-gas reaction can be continuously performed. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the clean gas obtained by recovering and purifying the raw gas generated by the pyrolysis gasification of coal gangue is burnt to provide a heat source to the pyrolysis gasification of coal gangue; water vapor is generated by use of the residual heat of the solid product after the pyrolysis gasification of coal gangue, and superheated water vapor is generated through direct contact between the water vapor and the solid product; and the continuous and sufficient water-gas reaction is promoted, and the energy consumption and cost are reduced.
