Abstract

The invention discloses a micro gene amplification device for a miniature space experiment and belongs to the technical field of spatial biological tests. The device comprises a bearing mechanism, a circuit system, a power supply, two groups of amplified biological chips, an indicating lamp and a power switch, wherein a biological sample to be amplified is filled into the amplified biological chips through a filling hole, the circuit system, the power supply and the two groups of amplified biological chips are assembled and encapsulated inside the bearing mechanism through ultraviolet encapsulation, and the power switch on the bearing mechanism controls execution of an amplification task; and meanwhile, an external universal computer or special equipment can be connected with the circuit system through an RS232 interface according to the needs of the flight mission, and the task parameters are set through software of an upper computer. The gene amplification test can be independently finished in a space environment and a ground environment, and the device is small in volume and low in power consumption and can autonomously control the experimental process, display the operating state and bear non-board severe conditions.
