Abstract

With the improved cluster head selecting method, and energy factors and roadway influencing factors are added, the cluster head threshold value is changed, network energy consumption is equalized and stability is improved. The cluster radius of the cluster close to the base station is reduced, roadway inclined angle factors are added, and dead nodal points around the base station are reduced.
