Abstract

An analog-to-digital conversion circuit and an analog-to-digital conversion method include a reference circuit and an analog-to-digital converter. The reference circuit provides a base voltage with one end connected to ground. The analog-to-digital converter receives an analog input signal and a basic voltage signal. The analog-to-digital converter includes a first DC buffer unit and an analog-to-digital conversion core unit. The first DC buffer unit internally receives a compensation voltage signal and a data voltage signal to be digitized to output two conversion control signals. The analog-to-digital conversion core unit receives the two conversion control signals of the first DC buffer unit and an analog-to-digital conversion input range voltage signal to output a digital code.
