Abstract

The invention discloses an artificial soil capable of promoting nodulation of rhizobia of locust. The artificial soil comprises a mixed soil and a marine ecological fertilizer, wherein the mixed soil is composed of a raw mineral material, a vegetable fiber, a stabilizing agent, a granulating agent, an organic matter, clear water and a seed, and the marine ecological fertilizer is prepared by subjecting marine organic waste (organic refuse, sludge, etc) and marine organisms (green algae, algae, shells of crustacean, etc) to innocent treatment. According to results of experiments, when an aqueous solution prepared by dissolving an ecological fertilizer obtained in the invention in water is used to treat the root of locust, growth of rhizobia of locust is stimulated, and the amount of nodulation of the rhizobia is increased because of stimulation; and the prepared artificial soil has an excellent granule structure, can retain water, is ventilating and erosion resistant and benefits growth and propagation of the rhizobia, thereby enhancing nitrogen fixing capacity of the root of locust.
