Abstract

Provided is an elevator system facilitating an operation setting change and organized in a simple manner and at a low cost. The system of the present invention changes an operation setting by using an IC tag where timetable data and operation setting change data are stored. Specifically, the system comprises a control medium controlling elevator operation based on an already registered operation setting, a receiving medium receiving the timetable data and the operation setting change data from the IC tag, and a continuous transmission medium continuously transmitting the operation setting change data to the control medium during a period designated by the timetable data on the receiving medium receiving the data stored on the IC tag. An operation setting change medium disposed at the control medium changes the operation setting appropriately based on the change data received from the continuous transmission medium.
