The invention provides a wireless control device comprising at least one wireless control switch and a wireless remote control which controls the wireless control switch; the wireless control switch comprises a control module and an on/off switch; the control module is connected with the on/off switch and controls the state thereof based on a state control signal which is sent by the wireless remote control; the on/off switch is serially connected into a line so as to control the on/off of the line; and the wireless remote control sets the address information of the wireless control switch and correspondingly encodes the address signals of the wireless control switch and buttons on the wireless remote control, so as to correspondingly control at least one wireless control switch.
