Abstract
The invention provides an organosilicone sealing tape for a vacuum bag, relates to a sealing tape for the vacuum bag, and aims at solving the problem of poor resistance to high temperature of an existing sealing tape for the vacuum bag. The organosilicone sealing tape for the vacuum bag is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of silicon rubber, 20 to 70 parts of reinforcing filler, 0.5 to 3.0 parts of high-temperature vulcanizing agent, 0 to 100 parts of inert filler, 0 to 15 parts of heat stabilizer, and 5 to 20 parts of constitution controller. The result of an aging test carried out for 4 hours at 350 DEG C shows that the prepared organosilicone sealing tape for the vacuum bag is free of embrittlement and flowing, can be integrally stripped, has the maximum temperature of 380 DEG C while the weight-loss ratio is 5%, and is high in resistance to high temperature and processing performance.
