The network delay measuring device comprises a first communication interface, a second communication interface and a receiving module used for receiving a data packet through the second communication interface. The network delay measuring device further comprises a third communication interface, a data packet generation module, a sending module and a processing module. The third communication interface can be connected to the Internet through a third network. The data packet generation module is used for generating a test data packet. The sending module is used for sending the test data packet and recording sending time.
