The method for the cell interference coordination comprises the steps that a first base station generates interference coordination information which comprises relative narrow-band transmitted power threshold value information corresponding to wireless resources of a designated dimension, wherein the designated dimension comprises at least one of time or frequency or space; the first base station sends interference coordination information to a second base station to enable the second base station to determine an interference coordination strategy according to the interference coordination information, and interference, on the same secondary band, of the first base station and the second base station is reduced. The method and device enables the base stations to determine the interference coordination strategy according to the interference coordination information sent by adjacent base stations, the interference, on the same secondary band, of a base station and an adjacent base station is reduced, and therefore the problem of same frequency interference in an LTE network deployment scene is resolved.
