Problems solved by technology

There are still some deficiencies in the above studies that need to be improved: the use of metal ions is single, the comprehensive utilization of various metal ions in oil shale ash has not been realized, and there is still a large amount of industrial waste liquid containing other metal ions produced during the processing process. Environmental Pollution
However, the disadvantages are mainly concentrated in the high production cost of using chemical reagents as raw materials

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a uranium adsorption material with an intercalation structure by use of oil shale ash as a raw material. The method comprises the following steps: crushing and grinding the oil shale ash to 100 meshes, adding NaCl accounting for 30 to 60% of oil shale ash by mass, and calcining for 3 to 10 hours at a temperature of 800 to 1400 K and air drying; adding an acid solution by 2 to 20 mL per gram of the oil shale ash, and after extraction, carrying out residue separation to obtain an extraction solution; through a method of adding metal ions, adjusting the ratio of the total mole amount of three-valent and four-valent matal ions to the total mole amount of divalent metal ions in the extraction solution to be 1:5-1:2, adjusting the pH of the solution to be 5-12, and further stirring for 10 to 1000 min or hrdro heating for 120 to 3600 min by transferring to a hydro-thermal kettle at a temperature of 373 to 433 K; and filtering, washing and drying to obtain the uranium adsorption material with the intercalation structure. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple in preparation technology and low in production cost, and is free from the restrictions of chemical composition differences of the oil shale ash, thereby facilitating the harmlessness, resource and functionalization utilization of industrial waste, i.e, the oil shale ash.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing uranium adsorption materials, in particular to a method for preparing radioactive waste liquid treatment materials from industrial waste after oil shale processing. Background technique [0002] Energy and the environment have become two major themes in the development of the world today. Oil shale has huge reserves and is generally considered to be an important alternative energy source for oil and natural gas. However, due to the high ash content of oil shale, oil shale ash is the most important by-product in the process of processing and utilization. Stacking ash not only takes up a lot of land, but also causes serious environmental pollution. The realization of harmless, resourceful and functional application of oil shale ash will play a positive role in promoting the rapid development of my country's oil shale industry. [0003] The main component of oil shale ash is SiO 2 、A1 2 o 3 , Fe 2 o 3...
