The boosting power supply module comprises a direct-current-direct-to-current boosting unit, a direct-current-to-alternating-current switching unit, a transformer and a charge pump circuit. The corona air radiator is free of rotating mechanical structures such as a fan and vibration and noise produced by the rotating mechanical structures, is about 40% less than a fan system in size, can be minimized, is free of welding points, and is simple to maintain, and convenient to substitute.
